1. Please go to the Apple Health App, tap the avatar icon in the top right corner of the interface to enter, go to [Privacy] and select [Apps], find the Mi Fitness App, and then select the data you want to synchronize to turn on.
2. Open the Mi Fitness App >> [Profile] >> [Third-party data], and enable synchronization permissions for Apple Health.
3. Go to iPhone [Settings] >> slide down the screen to select [Apps] and find Mi Fitness App, enable the relevant permissions for this application.
4. Disable Low Power Mode on your iPhone to prevent background activity from being restricted.
5. Switch to a stable Wi-Fi network (or disable your VPN), reconnect to the internet, and try again.
6. Update both the Mi Fitness App and your iPhone system to their latest versions.
7. Uninstall the Mi Fitness App to avoid potential conflicts between the two apps.
8. Revoke Mi Fitness App access to Apple Health, then re-authorize and re-link the accounts.
