If the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 cannot be charged or cannot be fully charged, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
1. If you use a mobile power bank to charge, the power bank has a protection mechanism. When the power bank is low, it cannot fully charge the product. It is recommended to use a standard USB charging head with a voltage of 5V and an output current of more than 250mAh and a standard dedicated charging cable for charging;
2. Check whether there are stains on the metal contacts of the band and the charging cable. You can try to wipe them with alcohol cotton, paper towels, etc. to ensure that there is no poor contact between the band and the charging cable;
3. Check if the charging adapter is normal. You can try to replace it with another standard adapter and connect it to the band charging cable for charging;
4. Check if the charging cable is normal. If you have a spare charging cable for the same band, you can try to replace it;
5. Please charge in an environment with a temperature above 10°C;
6. The charging time of the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 is about 1 hour. If it is not fully charged, please check the charging time to see if it is not fully charged due to the short charging time;
7. When the charging power reaches 100%, please do not unplug the charging cable immediately. It is recommended that the band continue to charge on the charging stand for 6 to 7 minutes;
If there is no response after charging for a long time, you can apply for the after-sales inspection.
Note:
Please check whether the temperature of the environment where the band is located is too low or too high when charging. If the temperature of the band is too high or too low, the system will prohibit charging. The charging function will automatically resume when the temperature returns to normal.
