1. During the upgrade process of the Xiaomi Smart Band 9, if a disconnection (Bluetooth connection break) occurs, the installation package transmission will fail. In this case, the band will restart and display "Upgrade failed, reverted to the previous version";
2. If the APP has not performed other operations and is still on the upgrade transmission interface, once the device reconnects and completes synchronization, please move to a location with fewer Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices and retry to reduce interference from other signals.
If the APP has returned to the main function interface, please move to a location with fewer Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices, tap [Check for updates], and initiate the upgrade again;
3. If the update fails again while in Bluetooth connection status, it is recommended to choose [Factory reset] for the device (this operation will unbind the band) and restart the phone. After both the phone and device have restarted, re-pair the band with the APP to attempt the upgrade again.
Note:
1. Keep the band and phone close together, and follow the upgrade prompts. Ensure the Mi Fitness APP's upgrade interface remains in the foreground. Be patient and wait for the upgrade to complete.
