Why are the three-ring data on the Mi Fitness APP and the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 inconsistent?

1. If the difference is small, it is because the data on the band is synchronized every minute, and the automatic synchronization interval with the phone is 30 minutes. Please manually tap on the synchronization icon and check again;
2. If the difference is significant, it is because the data source of the app comes from other devices, and the data of the band only comes from the various data recorded by the band itself.
