How to use the running courses on the Xiaomi Smart Band 9?

The Xiaomi Smart Band 9 has added new running courses. You can choose different courses based on your exercise goals for each workout.
For example, beginners can opt for basic run-walk combinations, those in a fat loss phase can choose basic fat-burning runs, and advanced runners can select advanced interval training. Each course has an introduction and a breakdown of the course structure on the start page, allowing you to choose according to your needs.
The training schedule supported by Running courses is as follows:
1. Introductory course: Combining basic running and walking, advanced running and walking combination and basic jogging;
2. Reduce fat and weight: Basic fat-burning run, advanced fat-burning run and MIIT fat-burning run;
3. Endurance improvement: Basic aerobic endurance run and advanced aerobic endurance run;
4. Cardiopulmonary exercise: Basic interval run and advanced interval run.
