If the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 can't be searched on iOS/Xiaomi/Redmi/other Android phones, please refer to the following steps:
1. Confirm if the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 has been reset to factory settings and then attempt to search for the device again within the Mi Fitness APP;
2. If the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 cannot be searched after being restored to the factory, try to go to the phone system settings to turn off the Bluetooth and then re-open it. Finally, enter the Mi Fitness APP again to attempt to search the device.
