Why can’t the Xiaomi Smart Electric Toothbrush T501 be connected to the Mi Home APP normally?

Please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. The electric toothbrush cannot be connected to the APP when it is turned on. So please turn off the toothbrush and try to connect again;
2. Please check whether the Bluetooth of the toothbrush and the mobile phone is turned on. The Bluetooth of the electric toothbrush is turned off in the factory default state, so please turn on the Bluetooth on both devices and reconnect;
3. Please ensure the toothbrush is placed close to the mobile phone;
4. If the issue is due to the lag of the Mi Home APP, please exit the Mi Home APP, then open and connect again;
5. Please check if you select the correct region in the Mi Home APP;
6. Please ensure that the toothbrush and the Mi Home APP are updated to the latest version;
7. Please reinstall the Mi Home APP and check if the issue persists;
8. If the issue persists, you can consider a factory reset. Simultaneously press and hold the Power Button and Mode Button for 7 seconds and the toothbrush is restoring factory settings. This will reset the toothbrush to its original factory settings.
