What to do if the Xiaomi Smart Electric Toothbrush T501 is unresponsive when I press its button or charge it?
Please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. If the toothbrush is charging, it can’t be turned on. Please remove it from the charging dock and press the buttons again to check if it is responsive;
2. If the toothbrush drains the battery, you can try to charge the toothbrush and see if the battery level indicator will be on. It takes about 6.5 hours to fully charge the battery;
3. After fully charging the battery, please check if the toothbrush can be turned on normally;
4. If there is no response, please press and hold the Power Button for over 12 seconds to reset it. Resetting is successful after the three mode indicators blink in sequence and press the button again to see if the toothbrush can be turned on normally.
