Does the Redmi Watch 4 support receiving APP notifications from the phone? How to view and manage messages?
The Redmi Watch 4 supports receiving messages from cell phones. After turning on the APP notifications switch on the Mi Fitness APP and when the watch and the mobile phone are connected, you can view the APP notifications on the mobile phone. The watch only supports viewing messages, not replying.

1. Open the [Mi Fitness] APP >> [Device] >> [App notifications] >> enable [App notifications] >> select [Sync all notifications] or [Custom notifications];
2. When the watch and Mi Fitness APP remain connected, the messages received by the phone’s message bar can be synchronized to the notification on the watch;
3. When the watch and Mi Fitness APP are connected, the read messages on the phone will be synchronized and deleted on the watch;
4. In the message detail page of the watch, tap the [Ignore] button, the message will be deleted on the watch, and if the watch and the APP are in the connected state at this time, the message will also be deleted on the phone synchronously;
5. In the message detail page of the watch, tap [Open on phone] button, the message will be deleted from the watch, and the phone will jump to the APP corresponding to the message (this function is only supported by Android phones, and the watch and the APP are in the connection state);
6. Slide down on the home page of the watch dial to open the message panel. Slide left on a single message in the message list to delete the message, or tap the [Clear] button at the top of the message list to clear all the messages.
Note:
1. The APP that enables notification messages in the Mi Fitness APP needs to enable notification permissions on the mobile phone at the same time.
2. When the watch and the Mi Fitness APP are connected, the messages received in the mobile phone message bar can be synchronized to the notifications on the watch;
3. Swipe down on the home page of the watch main dial to turn on message notifications.
4. All messages will be cleared when the watch is turned off or restarted;
5. The watch can receive up to 10 message notifications. If there are more than 10 messages, the newly received messages will overwrite the previous ones.
