For your reference, here are some common power-consuming functions in the Redmi Watch 4:
1. High-precision sleep monitoring is expected to consume 13%-18% of power per day;
2. AOD screen display is expected to consume 15%-20% of power per day;
3. All-day stress monitoring is expected to consume 11%-16% of power per day;
4. All-day heart rate monitoring and heart health monitoring are expected to consume 15%-20% of power per day;
5. Using dynamic or game watch faces is expected to consume 10%-14% of power per day;
6. In exercise mode for a long time.
Through some simple settings, you can improve the battery life of the watch. For example, when you do not need to experience the following functions, we recommend you going to the [Mi Fitness] APP >> [Device] to turn off all-day blood oxygen monitoring, all-day heart rate monitoring, stress monitoring, and APP notifications.
Note:
In the Redmi Watch 4, the 20-day battery life statistics in typical usage mode scenarios do not include the power consumption statistics of the idle screen display standby watch face function. When the screen display is turned on, the battery life will be reduced to half of the original value.
