1. Ensure that the Omni station is powered and executing the dust collection task. The dust cover of the dust bin and the dust bag should be properly covered and installed;

3. Check if the dust collection port of Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20+ and the Omni station, and the dust collection outlet of the dust bin are blocked. Please clean them before use;
4. Check if the auto-dust collection setting in the APP is turned off. If it is off, please turn it on and try again;
5. Check if the charging electrode window is dirty, which will prevent signal transmission. Clean it with a dry tissue and try again;
6. If there is a large amount of dust and dirt in your home, it is recommended to set the dust collection frequency to collect dust every time.
