What to do if the dirty water tank cannot be pumped out or the water level in the cleaning tray is abnormal on the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum X20+?
Please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Remove the dirty water tank and check if the sealing ring is deformed or not properly inserted. If so, reinsert the sealing ring properly. If the dirty water tank is damaged, please contact the after-sales customer service;
2. After confirming that the dirty water tank is normal, close the lid of the dirty water tank and gently press it back in place to ensure that the dirty water tank is installed properly;
3. Remove the cleaning tray from the Omni station station and check if the bottom is blocked by dirt. If there is any blockage, clean it before using it again;
4. Use a dry cloth to wipe the residual water inside the Omni station station and reinstall the cleaning tray;
5. Tap the mop cleaning button to try cleaning the mop. If the problem persists and cannot be resolved, please contact customer service.
