What should be done if there is audio and video out of synchronization when using the Xiaomi Solar Outdoor Camera BW400 Pro for live recording?

For your reference, please check for the following conditions:
1. If you cannot hear the sound during live recording, it is because the audio in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP is muted by default. You can unmute it by tapping the audio button at the bottom of the preview screen or adjusting the volume using your phone's volume buttons;
2. If the real-time footage is noisy, keep your phone away from the camera and avoid placing the camera near devices like TVs or microwave ovens that cause electromagnetic interference;
3. If the video lags, it is recommended to navigate to the preview screen >> resolution switch icon in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP's plug-in and then tap the pop-up window to lower the video resolution;
4. If the video and audio are not synchronized, it's recommended to check if the camera's connected network is functioning normally or try closing and reopening the video.
