How to charge the Xiaomi Solar Outdoor Camera BW400 Pro?

The camera's battery level can be checked at the top right corner of the preview screen within the camera's plug-in in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP. Additionally, the current battery level of the paired camera is shown in the list of paired devices on the base station. When the camera needs to be charged, it will send a low battery alert notification through the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP.
To charge the camera, here are the methods to resolve the issue:
1. The camera can be charged using a 5V/2A or 5V/1A USB charger. It takes approximately 8 hours to fully charge the camera from 0% to 100% with a 5V/2A charger, or about 18 hours with a 5V/1A charger;
2. The camera is equipped with a built-in solar panel on top. As long as it receives at least two hours of direct sunlight each day, it can be continuously charged without the need to manually connect to a power cord.
Note:
The position of the camera will affect the efficiency of solar charging. It is strongly recommended to follow the installation recommendations provided in the camera settings for optimal performance.
