Why can’t the Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer 5.5L connect to the Wi-Fi?

If the device can’t connect to the Wi-Fi, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Reset the Wi-Fi;
2. Exit from the Mi Home APP and then enter again;
3. Please place the product in a place with sufficient Wi-Fi signal strength and then reconnect it;
4. Please make sure your Wi-Fi password is simple and does not contain special characters;
5. Place the product close to your home wireless router;
6. Use another mobile phone as a hotspot, and then reconnect to Wi-Fi after resetting;
7. Make sure your router is using the 2.4GHz network band;
8. Make sure your device’s Bluetooth and positioning are turned on, and the Bluetooth is not connected to other products;
9. The router encryption method is set to WPA[TKIP]/WPA2[AES], And WEP and WAPI encrypted hotspots are not supported.
Note:
1. It is not recommended to connect to an unstable public network;
2. Open the [Settings] app and select [Wi-Fi] to check whether it starts with "careli-fryer-maf07_XXX" and whether the Wi-Fi module is damaged. If the Wi-Fi starts with the above module, it indicates that there is no problem with the product module, so please reconnect the network.
If the above situation still occurs, please contact the after-sales for inspection.
