To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure the power cord is correctly plugged in;
2. Check and ensure the power outlet is supplying electricity properly;
3. Press the Power Button several times to confirm if it starts;
4. The main motor has temperature protection. If the motor doesn’t work, please turn off the device, unplug the power cord, and wait for the main motor to cool down before attempting to use it again;
5. If the main unit is not in contact with the fabric, the tapping motor stops working as a safety feature. Place the main unit back onto the fabric surface to restore operation;
6. Check if the bottom roller is properly pressed down. Clear any obstructions that cause the roller to stick.
