To resolve the issue, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Restart the device to see if it will return to normal;
2. Check if the memory card is often hot-swapped. The memory card needs to be plugged in and out when the camera is powered off. Frequent hot-swapping will cause the memory card performance to deteriorate, resulting in abnormal problems in the recorded video;
3. Check if the memory card reading rate is too low. It is recommended to use a U3 type memory card;
4. Replace the memory card to check if the problem still persists;
5. When the video stutters or displays loading frequently, please switch the sharpness of the video to Auto or Smooth mode;
6. When the image is not synchronized with the sound, please check whether the network that the camera is connected to is normal or not. If the delay is too long, try to exit the video and re-enter.
Note:
If your computer video player is incompatible, the video will have sound when viewed on the phone but no sound on the computer. You can try changing the player on the computer, such as the VLC player.
