What to do if the water doesn’t boil or doesn’t stop boiling on the Xiaomi Electric Kettle 2 Lite?
The electric kettle doesn’t boil or doesn’t stop boiling for the following reasons:
1. To ensure that the water boils fully, the electric kettle will continue to boil for 10-20 seconds after the water starts to boil. It is a normal design;
2. The electric kettle will not automatically cut off the power if you open the lid to boil water;
3. There is too little water inside or below the minimum water level;
4. The thermostat is malfunctioning.
Please refer to the following troubleshooting methods:
1. Please keep the amount of water within the required range;
2. Close the lid and try to boil water again.
