If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum E5 cannot connect to the network, please check the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure the Wi-Fi password is correct. Wi-Fi usernames should not contain Chinese characters, and passwords should not contain special characters like @, ¥, or %;
2. Check if the router's internet connection is working properly. You can try opening a webpage on your phone or a computer to see if the browsing is smooth;
3. Ensure the distance between the robot and the router is within 5 meters and without obstructions like walls. You can move the robot closer to the router within 1-2 meters and try again;
4. Try connecting to your phone's hotspot;
5. If too many smart devices are connected to the router, the network will be slow or unresponsive. Try restarting the router and then attempting to reconnect;
6. Some certain types of networks are not supported, such as EAP802.1x authentication networks, 5G networks, or public Wi-Fi networks that require webpage authentication. Please connect to a different network, and then try again;
7. If the network is disconnected, the Wi-Fi module will close the network connection function and the Wi-Fi indicator will blink. In this case, please restart the device and then attempt to reconnect;
8. Check if your phone has restricted APP permissions, such as network connection and location. Allow these permissions and then try again;
9. The phone model will also be related to the connection failures. Try using a different phone model to connect;
10. If the above information doesn't help, you can try resetting the main unit and then attempting to reconnect.
