3. The blockage of the brush pipe opening has caused the device to enter automatic protection mode. Please clean the brush pipe opening and restart it;
4. The roller brush is tangled with hair or other objects, causing the device to enter automatic protection mode. Please clean the roller brush and restart the device promptly;
