Please do not put frozen steamed buns or bread into the microwave immediately. The proper way is to defrost before heating.
For your reference, the following are some proper ways of heating frozen food:
1. Rinse frozen bread or steamed buns under the faucet quickly to cover the surface with water;
2. Put them into a plastic bag that is labeled as microwave-safe. Please make sure the bag is not sealed, or you can use a toothpick to make a few holes in the bag to release the gas produced during the heating;
3. Heat on defrost mode for 1-2 minutes;
4.. After defrosting, heat on low power for 1-2 minutes. Do not heat for too long. Otherwise, the bread or steamed buns will be on fire;
5. Please do not heat on medium power or high power. It can cause the buns to dehydrate quickly and be hard in the inner part to be not able to bit;
6. After microwaving, please take out the buns quickly, otherwise the hot buns will be soaked by the vapor inside the bag, which makes the buns lose their original flavor and not be delicious.
