1. The inner (cavity) of the microwave oven utilizes cold rolled sheets with epoxy coating, which can tolerate high temperatures and microwaves well;
2. The oven door and observation window utilize tempered glass, which is heat-treated, making it about 4x stronger than regular annealed glass;
3. The glass tray is made of silica, which has very high thermal shock resistance. It will not crack even if heated to very high temperatures;
4. There is a mica plate on the back of the oven, serving as a waveguide mask. The mica plate prevents food and contaminants from reaching the electrical components;
5. The material of the heat insulation sheet is PET (also abbreviated PETE), which is short for polyethylene terephthalate. PET material is non-toxic, safe, environmentally friendly, and has many advantages like heat resistance, chemical resistance, electrical insulation, and so on;
6. The door frame seal is made of ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene), which is an opaque thermoplastic. It has good heat resistance and toughness.
