There are flashes and sounds resembling explosions when the air inlet is covered during the use of the Xiaomi Compact Hair Dryer H101
1. If the air inlet grille is clogged with dust, clean it with a suitable toothbrush or cloth. If ineffective, please seek after-sales service;
2. Hair entanglement with fan blades or motor causes stoppage or reduced speed, resulting in decreased airflow triggering the thermostat. Apply for after-sales service.
The above two reasons are related to the H101 Dual Protection:
1. The thermostat overheats and trips, causing the heating element to stop working (no heating). Then the machine starts to blow cold air, and the machine heats up again after cooling down;
