The battery of the phone cannot be charged up to 100%

The phone can be fully charged after about 1.5-2.5 hours.
If your phone cannot be fully charged, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Please ascertain the exact charging percent of the battery, such as 20%, 50% or 70%;
2. Please ensure that you charge the phone at the regular indoor temperature;
3. Please check if you turn on some Battery protection options, such as Nighttime charging protection;
4. Please ensure that you use the official charger and cable. If not, please change to the official one or use others with better quality and try to charge again to see if the issue persists;
5. It is recommended to try complete charging and discharging attempts (charge from 0 to the maximum) several times to see if the phone’s battery can be charged to 100%.
