The touch screen is less responsive on the Xiaomi Smart Watch/Xiaomi Smart Band

If the touch screen is less responsive on the Xiaomi Smart Watch/Xiaomi Smart Band, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check if the device screen is clean and free of water stains, then try again after cleaning the screen;
2. Check the device firmware version to see if it is the latest version and update to the latest version;
3. Restart the device after updating and try the touch screen again (The device can be forced to restart by pressing and holding the power button for more than 12 seconds);
4. If the above operation is still ineffective, please conduct after-sales inspection.
