A: 1. If the screen displays Absence of water, it indicates the absence of water tank. Please check and install the water tank properly;
2. If the screen displays Insufficient water, it indicates that the water is insufficient in the water tank. Please add the water to the water tank;
3. If the screen indicates Poor water quality, it means the water quality is insufficient. Please replace the fresh water for better quality to meet the requirements;
4. If the screen displays Full concentrated water tank, please change the water doesn’t exceed the maximum water level of the water tank;
5. If the screen displays E-05, it indicates that the water temperature is too high. The product will automatically resume normal operation when the temperature goes down. If the error persists, please contact the after-sales team for further assistance;
6. If the screen displays E-08, it indicates that there’s a water level error in the purified water tank. Please contact the after-sales team for further assistance;
7. If the screen displays E-09, it indicates that the inlet water temperature sensor is damaged. Please contact the after-sales team for further assistance;
8. If the screen displays E-10, it indicates that the outlet water temperature sensor is damaged. Please contact the after-sales team for further assistance;
