The SIM tray of the Redmi Note 13 Pro is very tight and cannot be pulled out
The Redmi Note 13 Pro is designed with IP54 protection, and the SIM card tray sealing ring and the phone body fit together closely.
Please take out the SIM tray by following the steps below:
1. Please use the pin in the package of the device;
2. Aligned the pin to the center of the hole to avoid oblique insertion;
3. Pinch the pin handle tightly. To prevent the pin from slipping out during the process of force, please use the belly of your thumb to hold it to facilitate the removal;
4. Viewed from the front of the phone, the card tray hole is on the left side. Please avoid inserting it in the wrong place. But don’t worry if you insert it incorrectly. The MIC hole is designed in an L shape and will not damage the phone.
