Does the new Xiaomi Smart Filtered Water Dispenser Pro need to be rinsed?
A: The new device and the filter element replacement need to be rinsed before use. Please select the automatic rinsing function of the Xiaomi Smart Filtered Water Dispenser Pro. Please refer to the operating steps as follows:
1. Press the left and right selection keys and select [Rinse];
2. After pressing the [Water collection (confirmation)/Child lock] button, press the left and right selection key to select [Yes];
3. After the screen displays "Please place the water container properly," press any key to start rinsing.
Note:
1. After executing the Rinse mode, the Xiaomi Smart Filtered Water Dispenser Pro can be rinsed with 3 raw water tanks. After the whole device is left to stand for 24 hours, rinse 3 tanks of raw water again to improve the taste of the water. It is also recommended to follow this method after replacing the filter element;
2. During the rinsing process, press any button to enter the selection interface for canceling rinsing;
3. If the water tank reaches a low water level during flushing, the screen will indicate a shortage of water, and the water change icon will flash at the same time;
4. During the rinsing process, it is normal for a small amount of impurities or floating objects to appear. Please feel free to use it.
