If the step count on the Xiaomi Smart Watch/Xiaomi Smart Band is inconsistent with the count in the Mi Fitness app, please refer to the following troubleshooting methods:
1. If the watch/band is disconnected from the app, the step count will not be synchronized in time. Please tap [Sync] on the [Device] page in the Mi fitness app and refresh it again;
2. If synced automatically or manually, the steps and calories displayed on the Mi Fitness app are still inconsistent with the watch. This is due to the definition of the dual-end mutual writing synchronization protocol of the Mi Fitness app. According to the different usage habits of people, there will be a data difference of 5 to 30 minutes. For example, if there is a minimum 5-minute data difference after synchronization, the calories and step data within the 5 minutes will not be reflected until the next synchronization.
