The mobile phone enables the vibrate in silent mode feature but the APP sometimes does not vibrate when receiving messages
When the phone is in silent mode and the vibrate in silent mode feature is enabled, to prevent frequent disturbances from vibrations, the phone's applications automatically skip vibrating if multiple notifications from the same application are received within 15 seconds. Specifically, vibration will only occur with the first notification, and subsequent notifications from the same app within the 15-second timeframe will not trigger vibration. This design is intentional and not an issue.
