The Xiaomi Smart Watch/Xiaomi Smart Band freezes when the screen turns on

If the Xiaomi Smart Watch/Xiaomi Smart Band freezes when the screen turns on, please refer to the following troubleshooting:
1. Open the [Mi Fitness] app >> select [Device] >> tap [Update] to see if the firmware can be updated;
2. For the watch, please press and hold the power button for more than 12 seconds to force restart and observe whether the device is back to normal;
3. For band, you can leave the band alone for about 24 hours. Please do not operate the band during this period until the battery of the band is exhausted, and then recharge the band to return to normal;
4. If the devices still freeze, please apply for after-sales inspection.
