The Xiaomi Watch 2 doesn’t light up
The Xiaomi Watch 2 features an AMOLED circular touch screen. The smartwatch interface will be displayed under regular circumstances. You can light up the screen by pressing the button on the upper right side of the watch.
If your smartwatch doesn’t light up, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Press the upper right button to light up the screen. You can try pressing the button again to check if the watch lights up. If not, please inspect the device for any physical damage such as cracks or water damage;
2. Ensure that your watch has enough battery charge. If the battery is low or drained, connect the watch to its charger and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to turn it on;
3. Press and hold the power button for 12 seconds to force a watch restart;
4. Please check if the watch’s firmware is updated to the latest version.
