The firmware can't be updated on the Xiaomi Watch 2

Firmware updates on the Xiaomi Watch 2 can enhance performance, fix bugs, add new features, and so on. You can update the firmware on your watch or through the Mi Fitness app.
If the firmware can't be updated, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Please try to restart the wearable device and initiate the upgrade again;
2. Ensure the watch battery is above 50% and place it on the charger for the upgrade;
3. When you initiate the upgrade through the Mi Fitness app, ensure that the watch is within the Bluetooth range and connected to your phone. Keep them close to each other;
4. Ensure that your watch or phone has a stable internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or mobile data;
5. Try again in a place where there are fewer Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices to reduce other signal interference;
6. Please reset the watch and pair it with your phone again, and attempt the upgrade again via the Mi Fitness app;
7. Reinstall the Mi Fitness app or change to another phone, log in with the same account, connect to the watch, and try upgrading again via the Mi Fitness app;
8. As a last resort, you can try performing a factory reset on your watch and try upgrading again. Keep in mind that this will erase all data on the device, so make sure to back up any important information first.
We hope the above information is helpful. If the issue still occurs, please send us feedback by opening the Mi Fitness app and going to [Profile] >> [Feedback] >> [Other]. After submitting user feedback, please be patient and wait for the future updates.
