The Xiaomi Watch S3 is equipped with sensors such as heart rate monitors to record various data during physical activities.
If your smartwatch doesn't record the sports data, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Please ensure the device’s firmware and the Mi Fitness app are updated to the latest version;
2. Confirm that the heart rate monitoring feature is enabled on your smartwatch;
3. Ensure that you're wearing the watch correctly. The watch should be snug on your wrist but not too tight;
4. Make sure the sensors on the back of the watch are clean and free from any obstructions and in contact with your skin;
5. All your sports need to meet the minimum exercise record standards in order to be saved;
6. Please restore the watch to the factory setting. Keep in mind that this will erase all data on the device, so make sure to back up any important information first.
