The Xiaomi Watch 2 can't be charged or fully charged

The charging feature of the Xiaomi Watch 2 is designed to provide convenience, efficiency, and safety in powering up the device to ensure uninterrupted usage throughout the day.
If your watch can't be charged or fully charged, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Please check if the firmware of the device and Mi Fitness app are updated to the latest version;
2. It is recommended that you use the official charger. If the watch does not charge, remove it from the charger, reinsert it, and then try changing the charger;
3. Check if there are stains on the watch's metal contacts and the charging cable's metal contacts. You can try wiping with a paper towel (if corrosion occurs, use a cotton swab or cloth dipped in alcohol to wipe) to ensure there is no contact issue between the watch body and the charging cable;
4. As a last resort, you can perform a factory reset on your watch.
