How to solve Xiaomi Smart Pet Fountain not working/no water after power on?
Solution:
1. Check whether the power cord is firmly inserted or damaged, and check whether the power cord interface at the bottom is loose.
2. Use a dry soft cloth to wipe the top cover pin and the base conductive column respectively, and check whether the contact pin of the power supply is in poor contact.
3. Check whether the power contact shrapnel on the underside of the top cover handle is blocked by foreign objects.
4. Check whether the water outlet of the pump and the water outlet of the hose are loose and fall off.
5. Check and clean the internal rotor of the water pump.
6. Check that the sponge is completely soaked, clean the inner rotor of the pump, and then install it. Lift the pump and the upper cover out of the water surface, and let it stand for 5 seconds. If the installation is unsuccessful, the water can be injected vertically through the water outlet of the upper cover.
Note: After unpacking, soak the filter element in clean water for 5 minutes or rinse it for 2 minutes. If it is not soaked, it may cause no water in a short time.
