Solution:
1. Check if the feeder indicator light is normal.
2. Check whether the power cord is firmly inserted or damaged.
3. Check whether the power cord connector on the back of the feeder is loose.
4. APP operation grain output / press the feeder grain output button to confirm whether the feeder grain stirring motor rotates and whether the grain outlet door rotates.
5. Check whether there is grain stuck on the leaves inside the grain bucket, and whether there is grain stuck/residual in the "grain channel".
6. Restart the device/APP to confirm whether the fault is rectified.
7. Re-add the device to confirm whether the fault is rectified.
