There is water around Xiaomi Smart Humidifier 2/the table/floor is wet. Is there any water leakage in the machine?

Follow the operation instructions below:

 1. The humidifier can be set to level I if there is water around the humidifier during operation. It may be caused by excessive indoor humidity; please adjust the mist output appropriately to avoid excessive humidity;

 2. It is recommended that the user place the humidifier in a slightly higher position to make the air flow faster, which can also prevent the floor from being too wet;

 3. Do not overfill the water, which should not exceed the max. water level;

 4. If there is water leakage confirmed, please check whether the humidifier is placed stably;

 5. If this problem persists, the user can be guided to perform inspection after sales.

Note: If the base is cleaned and the water is filled in the incorrect way, or there is water accumulated in the mist outlet, water leakage may be caused at the joints of the water tank or in the base.
