1. Check whether the Docking station is powered on normally, whether the indicator light of the Docking station is on normally, and whether the adapter cable is properly inserted into the Docking station inlet.
2. Check whether the charging pole piece of the machine is in normal contact with the docking station pole piece, whether there is dust or dirt covering it, causing the device to fail to charge and start, clean the pole pieces or move the machine slightly to try to charge.
3. The power of the device is too low. The device needs to be correctly placed in the Docking station for about 5-10 minutes before it can be turned on normally.
4. The ambient temperature is lower than 0°C or higher than 40°C, return to normal temperature and try again.
