What should I do if the indicator light of the charging box keeps showing an orange light (the orange light is always on)?

Solution:

If you encounter the problem that the orange light is always on , please check whether it is in the charging state. (Users may express the orange light as a constant red light)
1. If the charging box is in the charging state (wired charging or wireless charging): the orange light is displayed when the power is lower than 95%, which is normal.
2. If the orange light appears even when the charging box is not charging, please refer to the following steps to deal with it.
①Please reset the charging box first and then check if it is normal. Steps to reset the charging box : When the earphone box is closed, first press and hold the button at the bottom without letting go.
Then plug in the Type-C cable to charge the box, release the button after two seconds and remove the Type-C charging head.
②If the problem still persists, please do after-sales treatment (replace the charging box).
