Why can't the earphones turn on noise cancellation ?

Solution:

To turn on noise cancellation , you need to wear it on both ears. When noise cancellation is turned on and the earphones are taken off, it will automatically switch to the "off" option.
If noise cancellation cannot be enabled , please refer to the following ideas to deal with it.
①The earphone may not be worn correctly, please adjust the position of the earphone in the ear canal.
②Please keep wearing both ears, and then turn on noise cancellation.
③The earplugs may not fit your ears well enough, please replace them with suitable earplugs.
④Put both ears in the box and reset the earphones, and then try to wear them with noise cancellation turned on.
⑤If the above steps are not resolved, please upgrade the firmware, if the upgrade is still unresolved, please apply for after-sales processing.
