Why can't the headset turn on the transparency mode ?

Solution:

Transparency mode can be turned on when wearing on one ear , but the headset needs to detect the wearing status, otherwise it will prompt "Please wear the headset".
If the transparency mode cannot be enabled , please refer to the following ideas to deal with it.
①The earphone may not be worn correctly, please adjust the position of the earphone in the ear canal.
②The earplugs may not fit your ears well enough, please replace them with suitable earplugs.
③Please put both ears into the box and reset the earphones, and then try to turn on the transparency mode.
