How to troubleshoot if Xiaomi Watch app notifications are not reminded?

Solution:

1.Check whether the connection between the watch and the mobile phone is normal, and confirm that the mobile phone has been paired and is in the Bluetooth connection state.

2. Check whether the Do Not Disturb mode is turned on on the watch, and turn off the Do Not Disturb mode.

3. Check that the Mi Fitness APP has correctly enabled the notification read permission. If it is the latest system of Xiaomi mobile phone, you need to enable the permission: (Advanced) Settings - Password, Privacy and Security - System Security - Special App Permissions - Notification Use Rights - Select " Mi Fitness APP", try to close and reopen.

4. Check that the current application information can be correctly displayed in the notification bar of the mobile phone. If it is not displayed, please enable the notification management permission on the mobile phone of this application.

Take the latest system of Xiaomi mobile phone as an example: Settings - Notification and Status Bar - Notification Management - Select the application to set to allow notifications. 

5.Check the message notification of this application is enabled in the Mi Fitness APP, setting method: Mi Fitness APP - message notification - enable message notification - select the application to open .

6. Restart, reset the watch, and bind again. How to turn on notification permission on the ios side: 1. Mobile phone settings - Bluetooth - exclamation mark behind the device - turn on shared system notifications. 2. Settings - Notifications - Show Preview - Change to Always.

3. Settings - Notifications - Other Apps - All Switches On - Show Preview is changed to Always.

Note: Chat messages will not be pushed to the watch when the phone is in the chatting interface.
