What should I do if the Xiaomi Watch heart rate measurement fails?

Solution:

1. Upgrade the watch firmware to version 1.4.309 or above and try again.

2. If it still fails, turn off the all-day heart rate monitoring, click the watch heart rate application, measure the heart rate once, and wait until the watch is measuring to see if the heart rate light at the bottom of the watch lights up. Restart the watch, if it still doesn't work, please  carry out after-sales inspection.
