Solution:
When downloading videos from cloud storage to local, if there is a black screen, lag, splash screen or download failure of the downloaded video, please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
If the cloud video view is not normal (there is a lag, black screen, splash screen situation):
1, check whether the camera’s network environment is normal, check the network instability;
2, check whether the camera recording video is normal, to exclude the video itself recording abnormalities;
3, it is recommended to update the camera firmware and Mi Home APP to the latest version.
If the cloud video view is normal:
1, it is recommended that the camera firmware and Mi Home APP updated to the latest version.
2, it is recommended to re-download the video to try, pay attention to the network environment when downloading (or change the network environment to try)
Notes:
Video abnormalities in the cloud storage and network environment is closely related, if the above problem occurs, replace the network environment to try.
