Solution:
1, Power off and reboot the camera , power off and reboot router (generally such operations will be normal use);
2, Judge if Mi Home APP firmware version needs to be updated;
3, Check whether there is a memory card, the memory card will be pulled out and then observe whether to return to normal;
4, Replace and observe the camera network.
If above method is invalid. Please provide the following information:
1, Xiaomi account;
2. Camera model, if there are multiple cameras please confirm which camera it is, in addition to whether other cameras will have this problem;
3, Mi Home App version;
4, Memory card model, if there is a memory card will also be sent to see the memory card log;
5, Submit the log, record the upload log time.
