 If the memory card contains previously recorded videos, orange markers will be displayed on the timeline. Drag the slider on the timeline to a marker to watch the corresponding video. If a video does not load, try the following:

Check whether the memory card is functioning properly.

Check whether the memory card has a storage capacity of between 4 to 64 GB

If both of these check out, please try formatting the memory card either by using a computer or by tapping Settings > Memory card > Format memory card in the top right corner of the Camera page. Formatting will erase all data stored on the memory card.
