USB port cannot work properly on the Mi Smart Projector.

If the USB ports cannot work properly on the Mi Smart Projector, please refer to the following steps:
1. Ensure that the USB device you're trying to connect (e.g., USB drive, external hard drive, or other peripherals) is working properly. Try connecting it to another device to confirm that it's not the USB device causing the issue;
2. Sometimes, a simple reboot can resolve minor issues. Please turn off the projector and unplug it from the power source for a few minutes. Then, plug it back in and turn it on;
3. Carefully examine the USB port on your projector for any physical damage, debris, or foreign objects that might obstruct the connection. If you notice any issues, may need to clean or repair the port;
4. Ensure that your projector has the latest software updates installed by going to [Settings] >> [Device Preferences] >> [About] >> [System update] and check for updates;
6. If the issue persists, you can try resetting the projector to its factory settings. This will erase all settings and data, so back up any important information before proceeding;
7. If the above troubleshooting methods can’t resolve the issue, please contact our local official service center or your seller for further assistance. They will help you in this regard.
