The HDMI port of the Mi Smart Projector is not functioning properly.

If the HDMI port on the Mi Smart Projector is not functioning properly, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Please connect a different device to the HDMI port (like another gaming console or laptop). This can help determine if the issue is with the projector or the HDMI port;
2. Ensure that the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the projector and the device (such as a cable box, gaming console, or streaming device). Try using a different HDMI cable to rule out any issues with the cable itself;
3. Turn off both the projector and the device connected via HDMI. Unplug the projector from the power source for a few minutes, and then plug it back in and turn it on. Reboot the connected device as well;
4. Check the HDMI port on the projector for any physical damage or debris that might be obstructing the connection. Be very careful if attempting to clean the HDMI port and make sure the projector is unplugged;
5. Ensure the projector has the latest system installed by going to [Settings] >> [Device Preferences] >> [About] >> [System update];
6. Reset the projector to the factory defaults by going to [Settings] >> [Device Preferences] >> [Reset];
7. If the above troubleshooting methods can’t resolve the issue, please contact our local official service center or your seller for further assistance. They will help you in this regard.
