Bluetooth devices are not recognized or connected to the Mi Smart Projector.

If the Bluetooth devices are not recognized or connected to the Mi Smart Projector, please refer to the following steps:
1. Check if the Bluetooth device trying to connect is compatible with the projector; 
2. Ensure the projector and the Bluetooth device are within the effective Bluetooth connectivity range;
3. Ensure that the Bluetooth device’s Bluetooth feature is turned on;
4. Reconnect your Bluetooth device to your projector by navigating to [Settings] >> [Remotes & Accessories] >> [Add accessory] >> turn on the [Bluetooth] feature on your Bluetooth device and pair up with the projector;
5. Reboot both the projector and Bluetooth device;
6. Make sure the projector operating system is up-to-date. Check for any available update and then select the download and install option to update the system;
7. Performing a factory reset on the projector. Navigate to [Settings] >> [Device Preferences] >> [Reset]. Be aware that this will erase all your settings and data, so make sure to back up any important data before proceeding;
